Talked with the founder and head of eng, seemed like they were growing really fast. Probably the fastest interview turnarounds I have seen. Overall seems like a proper startup with a good roadmap that has found PMF

Pretty nice! Hr was very good and call was normal screening, then engineering manager call was about knowing more about how you solved problem and your interest in voice agents. third round wasnt leetcode but a practical day in a SDE life assesment. Enjoyed doing that. No offer because of my inability to solve it, but they were very nice.
