Avantages
Brilliant, dynamic and genuinely caring people. The company's ambition is exceptionally high: multi-market from early on, with offices in France and the US, which creates a strong international culture. Goals are stretching and everyone pulls in the same direction. Real field grounding with restaurant owners keeps the work concrete, and the product reaches a huge number of people. Easily the most accomplished and energizing professional experience I have had, to the point that it changed the way I work.
Inconvénients
The pace is intense. You need to be comfortable in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift often and targets stay ambitious. Constant adaptation is the norm, so it will not suit everyone. The flip side of a strong, high-performing culture.
