      Avantages

      Personally, you will find one of the best work environments in nTech which is stress-free and friendly. The management of the organization is always employee-friendly and can go for the extra mile towards employee welfare. I have been working here for the last 4 years and never felt that my job is in a dangerous state. Professionally, this company has one of the best incentive structures in the market. You will always be able to have direct interaction with the management and they are only a phone call away from you.

      Avantages

      Does not micro-manage, focus was on your quality of work and results. Great work-life balance. Supervisors care about your growth and constantly provide support and feedback as needed. Leadership cares about the employees.

      Great pay, easy interview process.

      Inconvénients

      No time off, no support, once you have the job you’re on your own. The only time they will reach out is if you’re being reprimanded by your employer.
