Avantages
Thanks to the great people, innovative ideas and awesome customers this is one of the best working experiences I’ve had. Having been there for over two years I am continually being challenged which I know is much appreciated by leadership. What you put in is what you get out of it. For those who are not so complimentary of iNET its clear they work looking to get more than what they themselves were willing to invest.
Inconvénients
The company is small and does have some growing pains. There is some turnover only because past employees weren’t a good fit and carried a negative attitude. Those who have chosen to leave often did so leaving many years of valued success only to pursue larger opportunities thanks in part to their ability to professionally mature while working at iNET. Due to the overwhelming success the company is growing very rapidly which is resulting in a lot of change. If you are not one who enjoys an ever-evolving atmosphere then you will have a hard time embracing the culture at iNET.
