Avantages
Fun and diverse work, rewarding projects, and business casual dress code with an emphasis on the casual. A good place to get your start but not the kind of company you are going to want to stay with for the long haul.
Inconvénients
Work environment that does not foster creativity, cramped environment, liberal use of negative reinforcement in front of peers, unreasonable expectations, and developing bonds with peers while at work was discouraged. I do not have the records to prove this, but I observed a high turnover rate with several employees threatened with being fired.
