Employees enjoy various benefits such as company fun days and a unique perk: receiving eToro credit to invest on the platform, with the ability to keep any profits. There are opportunities to work with talented people across different teams and countries.

Inconvénients

Despite its size, the company does not offer real job stability. Layoffs and dismissals can happen with little transparency or clear reasoning. Organizational politics are quite present and can impact daily work and decision-making. HR tends to be more aligned with management than with employee wellbeing. Internal processes are often slow and inefficient, which can be frustrating and limit agility.
