Avantages
I have access to someone named Aditya Tewatiya and he is my saving grace. He checks on me to see how the project is going consistently. He also helped me with some major pay issues that I had. Because of him, he creates a whole new experience.
Inconvénients
There is never anyone to answer the main line and if you don't have someone to directly get in touch with then you are just out there waiting.
