      Not a single one which i can tell !

      Inconvénients

      No Growth.... No Salary.... No Appreciation..... Under qualified people have been promoted & recruited from the rival companies. HR sitting in Noida office is a person who doesn't know what is Human Resource Management. Performance Management of employees is happening in a dictatorship manner by evaluating the profit generated by him not by his loyalty , efforts, tenure.
