CEO is a very disciplined leader. He expects team to do best and is willing to give them opportunity to perform and show the results with predetermined agreed goals set.
Inconvénients
Due to his focus and expectation of discipline in all segments some felt overwhelmed. He would listen to most but will not accept repeated excuses. Of course some don't like that.
