Avantages
The employees at eSentio are impressive. They are smart, driven and have proven themselves indispensable to clients. They are also kind, helpful and have a great sense of humor. As an employee, you are exposed to the most sophisticated and complex projects in professional services. You're trusted to own your job and given the room and support to impress the client . Management is supportive and seems to care about each person individually.
Inconvénients
The team is stretched right now with more new business than the current staff can handle. There is a big emphasis on recruiting so it will likely even back out soon.
