Inconvénients
The owner engages in incessant micro-managment antics on a daily basis. The owner is not receptive to new ideas unless they are his own, old and out-dated ideas. Things are done on the fly without input by those directly affected. The company should be multiples bigger than it is, but will not/can not grow because the owner is its greatest impediment to growth.
The health insurance is a joke.
There is ZERO opportunity for advancement.
