Avantages

The employees were great to work with, some of the supervisors were actually knowledgeable of how to manage employees. Break room is big. Great training and licensing.

Inconvénients

Oh good lord where do I begin? The company has no loyalty to their employees! First, they cut everyones commission by 40% to where a top seller (me) would have a snowmans chance in hell at making over 100k/yr. Some of the management had no clue on how to manage employees, they treated us like we were kids coming right out of high school. If you were to get a complaint from a beneficiary, no matter if you actually did anything wrong or not, they will write you up. Some of the employees were forced to work ridiculous shifts. We signed a contract at the beginning of the year only for them to change it two months later. They've changed it several other times since then, I'm sure. This was such a great company to work for until they decided to self implode and lie about projections to investors and screw themselves over. Giving the brunt of it to their hard working employees.

Avantages

The Pay was somewhat alright.

Inconvénients

The Place was a mess! The work was extremely stressful and daunting! everyone looses thier voice at some point from constantly talking. Each sale lasts about 1-3hours, due to rules, requirements, and mandatory verbiage. Too many grey areas, for management to single you out, and penalize you for undefined verbiage, which leads to penalties and pay deductions. Management is stealth in discrimination and abuse. Like I said, too many grey areas. So if they have something against you, too many opportunities to penalize you unjustly. I lost over $4000 from this alone. Your metrics can be whatever they want it to be. Management even said to me, I quote, "We can move numbers around here and there", during a virtual meeting.
