Selling Medicare is very interesting. There any many good challenges to face here, from deploying the right technologies, and creating digital products to support phone sales teams and online direct to consumer sales.
Inconvénients
• The C Suite appears to lack prior experience in phone sales. This is important since it's the primary mode of generating revenue. As a result business strategies in this area have been both weak and often delegated downward to managers to sort out. • Leadership does not seem interested in the customer or the product. It appears they are only focused on promoting their careers - having their moment in Silicon Valley - and on creating "stockholder value". • Senior leadership struggles to know how to organize people and teams, sending employees through fruitless and painful reorgs throughout the year. Change management is not a strength. • Few people at eHealth have a sense of humor. It's a very serious company.
