      Avantages

      The staff is incredibly supportive, the environment is friendly, and the company offers excellent training opportunities. The HR policies are outstanding, promoting a positive work culture. Overall, it's a highly recommended workplace.

      Avantages

      Supportive coworkers who were always willing to teach, answer questions, and help me succeed.

      Inconvénients

      Management needs significant improvement. I didn't feel supported or properly trained, and there was an expectation to know how to do tasks without adequate guidance. Communication was often unclear, and feedback focused more on mistakes than coaching. I also felt isolated, and it seemed employee concerns were discussed with others instead of being addressed directly. A more supportive and communicative management team would greatly improve the workplace.
