      Avantages

      Advancement potential, pay is good, increases are good for hard workers, ability to see a lot of mistakes made and work at a high level of responsibility and empowerment

      Inconvénients

      Management is very weak and too much authority to spend money. Inexperienced in growth and startup, technical talent is weak and underpaid compared to operations managers

      Dynamic industry, critical infrastructure, and challenging opportunities!

      Inconvénients

      Being dependent on banking and regulatory approval means a lot of "Hurry up and wait" frustration as you try to meet your client's needs.

      The manangement is very supportive when family emergencies arise.

      Inconvénients

      Not enough recognition for work completed. Often, no work is assigned at all. No raise has been given in the last year.
