      Avantages

      Very nice work environment and friendly people. Work from home options

      Inconvénients

      Very low salary for the amount of work you do as a tester. People in managerial level positions who don't know how to be managers. You get treated like kids. Promotions come with a very small salary growth. Extremely stressful work environment,you'll probably work at least 10 hours a day.
