Avantages
- I've used to work in different startups and mid-size companies before I joined dotData. This company has so many smart people which makes it a pleasure working with them. I'm mostly dealing with product and FE teams, but they are crazy good. The degree of collaboration is high. - Your teammates hold you accountable for better or for worse. There is a lot of work, of course, but people who work here are genuinely interested in startup's success. - We had to get used to the new reality during COVID19 pandemic, but after initial period of adjustment, everyone found their groove and made sure operations run smoothly.
Inconvénients
- As in every startup, there are lots of unknowns. Processes come and go, things often shift. This is expected in startups, no difference here. - Often times we're trying to bite more than we can chew. This is expected because of new cutting edge technology. Doing something that hasn't been done is not easy. - The workload level is high, mostly because of 3 different timezones and commitments to clients.
