      This organization gave me the opportunity to upskill, gain confidence, and progress professionally at my own pace. codePannu provides a supportive and flexible work environment which is especially helpful for women rejoining the workforce after a long break.

      Inconvénients

      Initial learning curve can feel steep for those returning after a long break, but manageable with planning.
