Avantages
I like working at Zūm Rails because it is remote. I can work anywhere as long as I follow the Montreal time zone.
Another aspect I enjoy is the fact that there is not much bureaucracy; I need to get my work done, and everyone is happy.
It is also very nice to attend important company meetings, speak, and propose ideas. For example, it is nice to see a product feature that you proposed being developed and going live.
Inconvénients
Since everyone is remote, there is no way to get the entire team together; this is a con. Sometimes, the team gets too cold, and it is good to have an office to go to and work together with coworkers, but it's understandable.
It might be good to encourage the team to get together in different locations.
