      Avantages

      Great for having a job and also going to school. You work every day but always in the afternoon which gives you time to schedule classes in the morning which I enjoyed.

      Inconvénients

      Parents can be an issue in certain ways but with great communication it can be resolved rather quickly.

      Avantages

      the pay is a bit higher than min. Wage. Mostly deal with kids in your own classroom setting, so good experience for teaching, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Fun working with kids.

      Inconvénients

      Little hours since its after school care. Management is strict on following everything by curriculum although kids may not enjoy having a schedule recreation or get bored of it easily because they dont want to play the same thing for 35min. Management may scold you if kids are sitting during recreation because theyre not interested. Not much room for employment growth or increase in pay
