Avantages
Wellness days, in-house supports, training is decent. For front-line, the pay is decent.
Inconvénients
Seems to be getting better but at a snails pace. Staff are expected to find their own coverage for sick days and vacation days - even when booked in advance. There are attempts at work / life balance with wellness days and in-house supports but when the culture is fear-based, there isn't much of a difference it can make. Expectations to perform at a certain caliber without any mentorship, guidance or support. Staff are expected to take mandatory trainings but are expected to complete these on days off. It's all very contradictory. Accruing vacation means you don't have access to your vacation days you're promised upon hire for months.
