      Inconvénients

      One downside is that there’s no stability because the job is dependent on a client. So if that client decides to retract the contract, you can’t do anything about it.

      You are paid for your work.

      Inconvénients

      1. They get clients without contract, meaning get terminated within days. No Stability. 2. They get the worst clients since their service is "cheaper" 3. Freelance feels with a side of micro management by Wing Personnel. 4. NO JOB SECURITY. GET TERMINATED IN DAYS. FEELS LIKE A JOKE
