      Avantages

      I feel like a lot of these negative reviews were written by the same bitter person and do not reflect the company's atmosphere at all. Maybe it's about former managers, I don't know, but this has not been my experience at all. As everywhere, there is some room for improvement but overall Webinterpret is a great place to work. The team is very supportive and there is no work drama. I think there's a good balance of fun and hard work

      There have been a lot of changes when it comes to the product lately but honestly this is kinda expected from a tech company

      Flexible, easy work, can work anywhere in the world.

      Avantages

      eCommerce is an interesting space. If you learn it well, there is potential to make a long term career out of your knowledge base.

      Inconvénients

      During my short time with the company, I worked as an "independent contractor" out of their Roseville, US location. I had two managers who participated in sexually explicit conversations, created office gossip and verbally harassed other employees. It was clear that management had little to no experience or guidance. Targets were unclear and extensive training was of no use.
