Forced return to office - Avis employé Human Resources W. R. Grace & Co.

Employees who have been working remotely (some for many years) while maintaining a strong productivity level are being forced to return to an office 4 days a week, while others who were working 3 days in an office are being forced also meet the same requirement. This is causing so much discourse and tension and many are leaving. Sad to see.
