      Avantages

      Defined Benefit Pension plan Excellent Health Insurance 3% 401k Contributions made by employer whether you contribute or not Company is profitable and growing

      Inconvénients

      Small to mid sized company (approx 100 employees) So each department is relatively small which leaves little room for advancement. No Tuition Reimbursement to promote enhancing skill set or seek further education/certifications.

      Vision Net has great benefits. Vision Net is fast paced and continually changing. If you like challenges Vision Net is the company for you.

      Inconvénients

      If you do not like change this may not be the company for you. I have learned a lot while working at Vision Net.

      Avantages

      Coworkers of the same level were amazing Small handful of teamlead/supervisors were understanding Fantastic Benefits package (both health and savings)

      Inconvénients

      Mandatory overtime for senior techs Requests for hour[s] changes were usually brushed under the rug (unless you were a lead) Employees are treated like peons (ie, supervisors are sure to let you know you are replaceable) Sacrifices of any nature are not appreciated
