      Avantages

      Flexible time off policy which allows for great work/life balance

      Inconvénients

      Vector adds many extra tasks and projects without a lot of information provided as to how to complete these. Often times these tasks and projects require a huge deal of extra work with unrealistic deadlines and no financial compensation. Vector also seems to pay much less than other similar CSM roles

      The work is challenging, The people work hard, they are a great and fun group of people

      It changed a bit when they got purchased but that is the nature of life

      - Paid hourly but guaranteed 40 hrs per week

      Inconvénients

      - Actual fly days was 2-3 days per week - Average 6 hours per week flying
