      Avantages

      Bon salaire pour un travail très facile. Difficile de se faire virer. Les superviseurs veulent vraiment que vous réussissiez dans votre poste. Nous vous encourageons à demander l'aide de votre chef d'équipe lorsque vous en avez besoin. La formation est facile.

      Inconvénients

      Les informations qui vous sont fournies sont souvent erronées et ne sont pas corrigées pendant plusieurs mois ou jusqu'à ce que vous découvriez vous-même qu'elles sont erronées. Toujours en train de changer de projet. J'ai commencé WAH et j'ai été forcé de retourner au bureau. Insouciant avec Covid. On dit aux gens de porter leurs masques lorsqu'ils entrent pour la première fois, mais ils ne les portent pas ou ne les portent pas correctement et la direction s'en moque. Deux employés ont été renvoyés chez eux avec Covid et la direction n'a rien dit aux personnes qui travaillaient en étroite collaboration avec eux.

      Avantages

      You can meet a lot of new people because of the high turnover

      Inconvénients

      Management will make you take on extra responsibility with no raise in pay or job title change and have fired people when they don’t accept the position wholeheartedly. The new hires make more than the tenured employees even though most of the tenure are expected to help with training and nesting. When upper management comes they never speak with you or even acknowledge you. Management will leave 4 hours into his shift and leave agents with no team leader or other managers to turn to you’ll be expected to go to the tenured agent he decided was in charge for the day and most of the time it’s someone who already has his personal number. Computers take 15 minutes to load but management will say your late if you don’t come in 15 minutes before your shift to boot up their equipment and updates are rarely done.
