      Co-workers are friendly, smart, hard working The products have been great in the past

      Inconvénients

      Toxic workplace Minimal to no career opportunities or pay increases outside of sales Leadership does not value employees Products are constantly breaking and nobody seems to care Pride is more important to leadership than actually making improvements

      Avantages

      The culture here is great, everyone is very excited and knowledgeable, and people really want to collaborate. The products are interesting and there is a real push to innovate and build something great. I have learned a ton while being here.

      Inconvénients

      Standard issues with a mid/large company: changing priorities and getting pulled in different directions. Too many meetings.

      Had several layoffs or 'restructurings' during my tenure. No 401k match.
