      There are endless opportunities to grow and move up throughout the company hierarchy! It’s amazing for self-motivated go-getters with ambition! (like me!)

      Avantages

      The culture here is great, everyone is very excited and knowledgeable, and people really want to collaborate. The products are interesting and there is a real push to innovate and build something great. I have learned a ton while being here.

      Inconvénients

      Standard issues with a mid/large company: changing priorities and getting pulled in different directions. Too many meetings.

      Had several layoffs or 'restructurings' during my tenure. No 401k match.
