Perspective commerciale
Avantages
Depending on your manager, VSP is a great place to work and overall a great company to work for. There are opportunities to learn and grow within the company and they love to hire from within or friends and family or current employees. The yearly bonuses were nice as well. Opportunities to shadow with other positions to see if it is something you want to apply for. People are friendly and happy in the company.
Inconvénients
The raises are once a year and they aren't very much. If you have a manager who doesn't show employee appreciation, it makes it harder to push yourself to do more for the team.
