Loved the great people I worked with at VMLY&R Commerce. Some of the brightest in the industry. I was given so much opportunity to lead. I had great clients and will always be grateful for my 2 years here.

I worked here during the pandemic so I didn’t get a lot of opportunity to get any kind of training or continued learning opportunities.

You can gain a lot of experience if you get lucky with your team placement.

There's a major boys club here and the CCO is long time friends with those people. If you're not in the group, it's significantly harder to work on the big, fun projects. Pay raises and promotions are also hard to come by. It depends what team you're on but from what I experienced, there is a lack of respect around work/life balance.
