      - Agency Benefits wie Sportzuschüsse und Yoga - Tolle Kollegen und gutes Teamwork - Sehr schönes, zentral gelegenes Büro

      Inconvénients

      - Kaum Kompetenzen in Führungsebenen - Undurchsichtige Entscheidungen des Managements - Klassisch für Agenturen: "Überstunden mit dem Gehalt abgegolten", werden auch zuhauf verlangt und man bekommt teils nicht mal ein Dankeschön

      Avantages

      Loved the great people I worked with at VMLY&R Commerce. Some of the brightest in the industry. I was given so much opportunity to lead. I had great clients and will always be grateful for my 2 years here.

      Inconvénients

      I worked here during the pandemic so I didn’t get a lot of opportunity to get any kind of training or continued learning opportunities.
