      Avantages

      the team itself is okay. Bonus system but difficult to reach. Hybrid model, WFH 3 days a week. . Good opportunity for recent University graduates.

      Inconvénients

      Pure chaos. high KPIs per specialist. Too little staff = overworked and stressed employees. Salary not high enough for the stress. monotonous work, gets super boring after a while. No growth opportunities. High turnover, people leaving the company on a monthly basis.

      Avantages

      10 days work from different location, work 3 days at home and 2 days in the office, 6 month probation period (which can also be a con)

      Inconvénients

      It's very repetitive, they keep losing clients so it's hard to reach the KPIs for some markets, management don't really know what they are doing, they don't really support you, the turn over rate is awful so you have new people all the time, management clearly have favourites who get preferential treatment, if you don't speak Spanish it can be difficult, team morale is very low.
