Avantages
Non leadership employees are amazing and show up to do their best everyday with great attitude.
Inconvénients
People who are promoted into leadership roles have no experience and no leadership training leading to micromanaging, and chaotic project planning. There were instances when upper management initiated and had teams work on failed projects for months, and those same leaders who used company resources for failed projects were promoted within the company. But lower level employees are held to a much higher standard with little recognition. Constant changing and gas lighting has hindered employee trust and it’s hard to know what job security will look like within the company or what gets an employee promoted vs let go.
