      Avantages

      Very dense talent base. Passionate about user experience.

      Inconvénients

      No growth structure for vertical movement. They admit to it, but it is sad as they let quality talent come in and go out. Just be aware of that.

      It is a small company, so you will learn a lot and have you hands in a lot of different aspects of the company.

      Inconvénients

      Constant changes to the process makes your job frustrating.
