Avantages

A reasonable starting point for early-career professionals, but offers little in terms of long-term growth, development, or career progression.

Inconvénients

- The company lacks a clear strategic vision, direction, and well-defined organizational objectives, resulting in uncertainty across teams. - Career growth and advancement opportunities are extremely limited. - Cross-functional collaboration and coordination between teams are ineffective, leading to communication gaps, inefficiencies, and delays in execution. - The technology stack, platforms, and operational processes are outdated and often inaccurate, making it difficult for the company to remain competitive within the industry. - Employee training programs are poorly structured and fail to align with actual job responsibilities. New hires are frequently trained alongside paying customers, which diminishes the effectiveness of the learning experience. Additionally, due to a shortage of dedicated training resources, advanced training sessions are often conducted by field engineers or retired employees rather than qualified training personnel. - The company experienced three rounds of layoffs during the last financial year, creating concerns regarding organizational stability and employee morale. - Employees are required to use their accrued Paid Time Off (PTO) during company-mandated shutdowns, which occur multiple times throughout the year, limiting flexibility in managing personal leave. - High employee attrition has resulted in significant knowledge gaps, unclear ownership of responsibilities, and inadequate workload transitions or handovers. - Workplace diversity and inclusion remain significant concerns, with reports of discriminatory behavior and unequal treatment toward employees from minority and diverse backgrounds. - HR and management frequently lack transparency, consistency, and effective employee support, resulting in low trust and poor workplace morale.
