      Avantages

      The people at Unity are truly their best asset. The company culture is amazing, and people are there for each other. Very professionalized marketing team with many senior people doing a great job and effort. The benefits are great, work-life balance is excellent too.

      Inconvénients

      Leadership seems to be struggling with defining clear and top-down objectives which results in teams trying to figure out what to do next. OKRs are very poorly communicated -if ever.

      Unlimited PTO for US employees, there are still good employees at the company,

      Inconvénients

      Leadership is out of touch, constantly shifting priorities, reorgs and RIFs are the new norm, unless you're on the AI team don't expect impressive compensation, tons of waste
