      Avantages

      If you manage to spot the true professionals who have not yet left there is so much to learn. They also tend to prefer internal candidates when promoting people.

      Inconvénients

      Is it too hard to say: idiots, idiots everywhere. hiring pressure and the job market in certain countries is making things harder.

      Unlimited PTO for US employees, there are still good employees at the company,

      Inconvénients

      Leadership is out of touch, constantly shifting priorities, reorgs and RIFs are the new norm, unless you're on the AI team don't expect impressive compensation, tons of waste
