      Avantages

      Small bank makes it simple to get ideas and thoughts quickly to upper management. Very few useless employees, everyone knowledgeable and relatively hardworking. Good benefits

      Inconvénients

      Impossible to imagine the loads of redundant and useless reports and paperwork required daily. Small bank makes it relatively unknown. Time off impossible when you need it unless youve been there for quite a while.

      Shorter hours of operation than most banks

      Inconvénients

      Severe understaffing. Running some branches with 2 people total. Unable to use the restroom or take breaks.
