      Avantages

      - Travail hybride (home office). - Très bonne participation au bénéfice (jusqu'à 7k€/an). - Variable non plafonnée. - Voiture de fonction avec carte essence utilisable tout le temps - Package PC+Iphone+Ipad - Très bons avantages si l'on comprend la logique d'entreprise basée sur une motivation de tous les instants exigée, entreprise américaine oblige!

      Inconvénients

      - Entreprise à but lucratif qui reste centrée à 100% sur le résultat. - Demande de disponibilité à 150%, même le wd et les vacances - Disponibilité et écoute parfois approximative de la Direction - Décisions prises à l'échelle européenne, donc parfois pas en harmonie avec le marché et les stratégies locales menées en régions.

      Avantages

      For the most part, United Rentals is a great company to work for. They care about their employees & promote growth from within.

      Inconvénients

      The RELIABLE ONSITE SERVICES division is a total and complete DISGRACE to United Rentals name due to the Management team. Over worked and under-paid. Drivers should never come close to exceeding their DOT hours. Service trucks continuously break down, sometimes for weeks at a time. Promises are made by management but are not carried out. The way routes are dispatched is completely not efficient nor achievable. Employee's are moved in to the wrong positions.
