      Avantages

      Tons of oportunity to move up if you are willing to move. Good pay, great people to work with. very busy so the day goes fast.

      Inconvénients

      It is a corporate job, I work within a large group where things can be lost. It feels at times more of a CYA job at points.

      Avantages

      Ok pay, insurance and retirement. PTO is very good.

      Inconvénients

      Yearly raises are the bare minimum. Diesel techs required to take care of parts, scheduling, deliveries, etc with little to no support from management or anyone else. Complete lack of communication from anyone from branch manager up. Not much place for a mechanic to move forward in their career.
