      Avantages

      Good pay. Safe work environment. Good hours.

      Inconvénients

      Management is pretty bad. I had friends at other locations and they said it was bad there too. The company is also extremely corporate.

      Avantages

      Ok pay, insurance and retirement. PTO is very good.

      Inconvénients

      Yearly raises are the bare minimum. Diesel techs required to take care of parts, scheduling, deliveries, etc with little to no support from management or anyone else. Complete lack of communication from anyone from branch manager up. Not much place for a mechanic to move forward in their career.
