Yet another fake h1 sponsor (YAFS). These guys are nice to play with your career by assuring a job (h1). Sometimes your h1 petition do not get approved and your are done. When it gets approved, these guys send you for stamping with inadequate documents. You are bound to fail in visa stamping as they don't give actual client letter and other necessary documents which are must to secure a h1 stamp in your passport. These guys always quote an offer with a client and never initiates a conversation with client and provides you a fake client letter which is the primary objection. Your much anticipated career in US is hung at this stage as you get a nice blue paper stating the rejection of visa. You are clueless at this stage and may get an intimation from embassy after 3-4 months if you are too lucky (.01% chance). These guys are idle enough not to initiate any background processing to tackle the rejection case. In the mean time, your case will be voted for rejection at US department due to lack of credible documents and any processing activity from the h1 sponsor. Finally, your career is nicely played with. You pay the cost of indefinite patience as a canceled petition and immense disappointment. If you are really concerned about getting a valid job in US, do not run for these YAFS sponsors. At the end, your reputation is at stake due to a rejection case and becomes a negative point for your future h1 sponsors unless you are lucky. I would recommend to avoid them at any cost.
