      Flexible work hours (you can switch with coworkers if your assigned task/time doesn't work for you), friendly staff that helps you out when you need it

      Inconvénients

      There are double shifts, but I think it's only if you choose to take on another shift on the same day so it's not really a con since it's your own choice.

      Commuter school so traffic and parking can be terrible. Select your PI wisely, and ensure healthy work life balance.
