Decent pay for individual with little experience. Great benefits that are immediately effective. Savings plans.
Inconvénients
Administration is all over the place (literally and figuratively). Employment contract has explicit duration limits of 2-5 years, but can be shorter. Obtaining parking permits is complicated, parking spots are limited, and from parking lots requires moderate to extensive walking.
