Avantages

Good people to work with on a daily basis. Overall everyone in our department seems very qualified having come from top notch schools.

Inconvénients

Riverside the city itself is not the best place in the world to work but such is life. The campus is ok but could be better.

Commuter school so traffic and parking can be terrible. Select your PI wisely, and ensure healthy work life balance.
