      Avantages

      Salary plus commission, Salary relieved the stress. The top dogs were very helpful.

      Inconvénients

      The random shuffle and poor distribution of accounts made it a bit unfair and caused a lot of calling old customers that eventually didn't want to hear from me again.

      Avantages

      The culture of positivity is amazing. The group chats are full of people being encouraging and uplifting. The WORK/LIFE BALANCE IS AMAZING! The ability to set my own paycheck through the commission structure is phenomenal! No matter if you work remotely or work in the office everyone in the company has a smile on their face and a helping hand. This is a Multi-Million Dollar company that is run like a small business and it makes all the difference. This company gives you all the tools to succeed including a book of business ready for you the day you start!

      Working remote has its challenges but that has nothing to do with the company.

      Management does not micromanage employees, and employees have a voice in how their department operates.

      Inconvénients

      There is a struggle to understand processes in other departments or why certain steps are needed.
