      Inconvénients

      the cheap owner will force you to work during the weekends without pay, you are entitled to take in lieu days off, I was a newcomer in Canada when I started with this company, I was not aware of the labor code, otherwise, i would have reported to the labor court. they have the wrong address on the website. they are running a business from a residential neighborhood which is not listed as their address on the website. the town house authoruty should be alarmed about this activity.

      no pros - nothing good about this company

      Inconvénients

      - super macro management , will interfere in every steps of your work - owner is cheap person, who will charge you a dollar for making mistakes in your ticket history - doesn't provide break, although it was full time position - no appreciation for your hard work - will force you to work extra hours and dont pay you or provide you leave - office is in a home , in a residential neighborhood , which is illegal - worst management - no corporate culture - shows no respect to its employees

      Can gain experience for teaching a large pool of student in smaller batches

      Inconvénients

      Not good with paying the employees on due date Lot of issues with providing the student's certificate after finishing the course Not enough opportunities given to expand your skills
