      Avantages

      Ability to work from home was a great pro Company values are strong Benefits worked well for and covered my needs Other Employees were exceptional

      Inconvénients

      Promotions were not easy to get but if you were able to make a good case to management, most were able to get promoted with in a few years. Lots of opportunities for training and cross training

      Need upgrade with ADA for accommodations HR needs to be giving more helping with deaf or hard of hearing employees when laid off Comprehensive ever employee Cost of Living Communication needs slow down while closed caption during any meetings Blocked team invite calendrer during town hall meeting unable to have an interpreter
