      decent base pay, kind colleagues

      Inconvénients

      must be in office often, pay not competitive, not much growth opportunity, little to no reimbursement for work-related expenses, most of my colleagues did not get raises for multiple years on end

      Avantages

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Inconvénients

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
